Based in America, the client is a contractor and has a physical store that focus mainly on faucets for apartments and public places, most of which are engineering projects.

According to the design requirements and concepts from the client’s design team, we created drawings for the client to confirm the details.

Challenge:

The dimensions and functionality the client required were special, which took a considerable amount of time to confirm specifics until the sample met the needs.

Solution:

Customization often requires a longer time than wholesale and white label. For that, Watersino ensures that they can meet the perfect size and functionality as soon as possible, including

communicate modification details, sampling, testing, etc. After confirming packaging, dimension drawings, labels, instructions, warranties, and other details, Waersino began mass production and delivered the batch on time.
