Background:

The project is located in California, USA, and is the tallest Mass-Timber building in the state, with a total of 19 floors.
It includes 182 residential units and 15,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space (office + retail).
There is a landscape garden on the 7th floor, which complies with the latest California building code (allowing taller wood structures).
The bathroom hardware uses UPC’s best-selling Pin Lever series, which is available in three colors: black, bronze, and brushed nickel.

Challenge:

As a demonstration project of California’s new building code, it must be delivered on time, and delays will affect the approval of subsequent similar projects.
The progress of wood structure construction is fast, and the delivery window of bathroom hardware is short.

Solution:

According to project requirements, all models of Pin Lever series products are produced 2 months in advance to ensure production capacity and supply.
Pre-assemble key components: provide pre-commissioning components such as valve cores and handles to reduce on-site installation time and improve efficiency.
Provide UPC certification documents + local third-party inspection reports in California to avoid acceptance disputes.
