Located on the coral reef coast, surrounded by turquoise lagoons and traditional villages, the resort is positioned as a luxury resort, aiming to provide tourists with a unique Indonesian experience. The project includes 47 rooms and 20 villas. All bathroom products are Watersino brand, with the main color of matte black, and customized exclusive faucet series, including basin faucets, bathtub spouts and shower mixing valves.
Challenge:
Adaptability to tropical marine environment: Indonesia’s high humidity and high salt marine climate places extremely high demands on the corrosion resistance of bathroom products
High design customization requirements: Designers hope to create a set of bathroom series with a unified style, which must take into account aesthetics and functionality.
Tight mold production cycle: In order to meet the project schedule, mold development must be completed quickly and put into production.
Quality and coordination: The product must meet the luxury positioning of the high-end resort and ensure consistency with the overall design language.
Solution:
Customized design: According to the designer’s requirements, we developed a special matte black faucet series, covering basins, bathtubs and shower systems.
Quick response production: The special team promotes mold development and production to ensure on-time delivery.
Special material process: PVD coating technology is used to enhance the product’s salt spray corrosion resistance and adapt to the island environment.
Feedback:
The design director said excitedly, “The low-key and luxurious texture immediately raised the grade of the entire space. I was worried that there would be a gap between the renderings and the actual situation, but the actual product is more advanced than we imagined!”
