Background:

This modular capsule resort project near Perth, Australia includes 21 sets of 38㎡ prefabricated luxury cabins, built to add supporting accommodation for a local wine estate. As the dedicated supplier of full bathroom fixtures and hardware for the entire project, we provided complete hardware solutions in Watersino Gun Metal Brushed finish. The finish matches the resort’s natural light-luxury design style, and fits four customized cabin layouts for couples, families, accessible guests and honeymoon stays.

Challenge:

This upscale eco-resort required bathroom hardware to coordinate with natural timber, stone and full-view landscape decor, while suiting four different bathroom layouts across all cabin versions. All hardware needed to pass Australia’s Watermark and WELS certifications, withstand humid coastal air to avoid corrosion, and follow local building standards for lightweight wall fitting. On top of these requirements, the project had a tight construction timeline, leaving limited lead time for production and delivery. All hardware for the 21 cabins had to arrive on schedule to keep up with quick on-site cabin assembly and prevent construction hold-ups.
