Background:

The client is based in the United Kingdom and has both online and physical stores. His design team provides a design proposal with specific color requirements and product samples. We assist the client in updating the collection based on his existing faucets, conducting stability testing and user testing, and developing.

Challenge:

For the uniqueness of the client’s desired faucets, it requires a longer break-in period to achieve the effect. The lead time with bulk production is also a challenge.

With communication of product modification details and continuous development, the sample was confirmed to meet the client’s expectations.

After confirming packaging, labels, instructions, warranties, and other details, We proceed with mass production. Finally, we achieve the client’s goal of rapid delivery within the customer’s schedule.
