Challenge:
As a demonstration project of California’s new building code, it must be delivered on time, and delays will affect the approval of subsequent similar projects.
The progress of wood structure construction is fast, and the delivery window of bathroom hardware is short.
Solution:
According to project requirements, all models of Pin Lever series products are produced 2 months in advance to ensure production capacity and supply.
Pre-assemble key components: provide pre-commissioning components such as valve cores and handles to reduce on-site installation time and improve efficiency.
Provide UPC certification documents + local third-party inspection reports in California to avoid acceptance disputes.

UPC certification passed once, inspectors were very satisfied with the valve core interchangeability and leakproof test results
The bronze color blends perfectly with the wood structure tone, and the owner’s committee requires that the same color scheme be used for subsequent projects
