This project is a 2024 high-end hotel full-category bathroom hardware OEM customization project for The Cements Hotel in New Zealand. We provide the hotel with a complete set of customized bathroom hardware solutions, with the core product being the brushed gold series, covering basin faucets, low-flow showerheads, toilets, bathtubs, towel racks and various bathroom accessories. We deeply customize details such as faucet switches and shower water flow to match the hotel’s luxurious style and high-frequency usage scenarios. All products have passed the triple Oceania certification (SAA + WaterMark + WELS), in line with Australian and New Zealand green building standards, helping the hotel improve its Green Star NZ green building rating and strengthen its high-end luxury brand image.

Desafío:

– Fixing and Safety Challenges: The hotel’s bathrooms are used frequently every day, requiring extremely high structural strength, valve core durability and installation stability of hardware; electrified components must comply with SAA certification and adapt to seismic specifications in earthquake-prone areas of New Zealand; hanging parts must meet high load-bearing and anti-slip requirements, and comply with NZS 4121 accessibility design standards.

– Certification and Compliance Challenges: Products must have triple certifications: SAA (electrical safety), WaterMark (product access), and WELS (water-saving rating); they must also comply with local building codes such as fire safety, seismic resistance and accessibility to facilitate project acceptance and hotel green certification application.

Solución:

Customization and Compliance Adaptation: Establish a dedicated team to customize product details according to the hotel’s luxurious style, adjust the installation height of hanging parts in accordance with NZS 4121 standards, and achieve a high degree of integration of products with design and local regulations.

Full-Process Certification Support: Provide full-process services for triple certifications, responsible for document preparation, sample testing and certificate acquisition, assisting the hotel in submitting acceptance compliance documents and water-saving data reports required for Green Star NZ certification.

Green Value-Added Services: Regularly output water-saving data reports, assist the hotel in optimizing water resource management, provide bathroom ventilation and energy-saving optimization suggestions, and help improve green building rating and market competitiveness.
