In 2021, this project is a customized bathroom hardware support project for a Maldives villa resort. As the core bathroom partner, we undertook product customization, supply and supporting services. The first phase includes over 110 villas, adopting our high-quality matte black series (toilets, faucets, showers, customized bathtubs and bathroom accessories). Combined with the Maldivian marine climate, we adopted a customized production model to meet the project’s high-end, personalized needs and create bathroom spaces fitting local characteristics.

Défi:

Fixing & Safety: On-site bathroom layouts are irregular; customized products must meet strict size and installation requirements, with core safety performance (leak-proof, anti-detachment, corrosion-resistant, slip-resistant) and environmentally friendly materials.
Certification & Compliance: All products must comply with international bathroom standards and Maldivian local access standards, with four core certifications (product quality, environmental safety, waterproof & corrosion resistance, installation safety) and complete, valid certification documents.

Solution:

Customization: Set up an exclusive R&D team to provide customized solutions, real-time production feedback and supervision to avoid deviations.
Quality Control: Establish an exclusive quality control system to monitor raw materials, production and testing, with complete test reports and certifications.
Logistics & Warehousing: Formulate an exclusive logistics plan, protect products, assign special personnel to follow up transportation and on-site warehousing for timely delivery.
