Ce projet résidentiel de milieu à haut de gamme arborait une esthétique minimaliste et moderne. À l'époque, la tendance dominante en Australie pour les salles de bains haut de gamme était l'association de robinetterie noire mate, de vasques en pierre frittée et de miroirs ronds éclairés – un style parfaitement intégré à ce projet.
